REVISED PROXY FORM for the ELECTION in APRIL 2015
Proxy_4-2015.pdf (92.31 KB)
Proxy_4-2015_Instructions.pdf (106.82 KB)
This proxy form resolves the technical issue raised at the annual meeting. It names Dennis Knight as proxy agent for the use in the coming election. It is a combination of a general and directed proxy. You have the option to vote for upto 5 specific candidates. This allows you to vote for candidates you absolutely want to see on the Board and represent your interests. This also allows you to clearly cast your votes for a combination of both new and existing candidates.
As a reminder: Our goal on this site has always been to promote a right to choose by all members of the Association.
Print the proxy form and complete.
All proxy forms must be completed prior to the meeting. If you are not 100% you will make the meeting, it is suggested you complete a proxy form, as a safeguard. If you do arrive in person at the meeting, you would vote in person. If you do miss the meeting, your proxy will submit your vote for you. So, in essence, your proxy allows you to be in two places at once.

- We now have the right to quarterly meetings
- We now have an election in the proceedings, which hasn't been seen in 15 YEARS!!
- We NOW deserve to have our rights back to be informed about our financial situation and decide for ourselves how our finances are spent.
- Then call or mail to:
- Dennis Knight
- 138 Northrup Dr
- Brick, NJ 08724
- 732-966-0196
- Call and it will be picked up ( 732-966-0196 )
- If you decide to give the proxy to someone other than Dennis Knight, then, simply cross out Dennis' name and write in the person you give it to. Initial and date next to the change to show it was your change and not an alteration by someone else.
