If anyone has copies of documents of general interest to everyone, we would like to borrow to scan to disk and make available online to all.
Documents currently seeking:
BTMA by-laws "posted" "soon to be reposted as an updated form with all current amendments added"
Should you have "any" prior documents, such as, minutes of previous meetings ; or financial statements ; or documents relating to anything that has occurred through the years, as it is related to the association in any way possible, please arrange to get me a copy for inclusion on the website. Names and identities will be removed for your protection, at your request.
Please notify the admin of any notices about meetings or changes that affect the general community. I would like to post them on the site. It has been mentioned that everyone may not receive notices.

When I moved here 7 years ago, I never received by laws or any documents from the association except for the HOA dues booklet for making payments.

Can't we just ask the board for a copy of the by-laws? Supposedly we should be able to. Due to the response time, I wanted to ask here first to see if it would be quicker. |

Due to a number of requests and comments from our members, it is apparent that few, if any, have any documented explanation as to what the special assessment was to be spent on. Or even who or how our Associations' organization is set up. For anyone interested and needing it, here is a form letter to request information from the Association, as permitted by the By-Laws. Request letter - Metro Associates.pdf (16.78 KB) Replace all markers with your own information and sign. Then mail or drop off to the Metro office. |

I have dropped off my letter to the office. It is our money, we have a right to know where it is going. Everyone should have this information.

Appreciate this. I mailed mine out today. It's about time we get to the bottom of where it's all going. I read they were suppose to reply to this kind of request in a relatively short amount of time. That would be something to see.
