I've been checking, periodically, on the status of the association's account status with the BTMUA. Here's our outstanding balances as of 1-2-2015. WIPP water-sewer 1-2-2015.pdf (163.42 KB) - As you see, we are 6 months behind on our account and currently billed over $100,000.

I see problems with the water/sewer bill. Sewer increased by $14,628 over Oct usage which was the highest sewer charge of the year. Something is wrong. Need to do a comparison with other association usage.

Maybe the water company should have stuck with charging us directly, at least they would get paid. I don't know how they let this happen aside from irresponsibility and mismanagement of the funds. And Metro wonders why we want a new board of directors.

What the hell!!! That's unacceptable!!! But then again I'm not surprised. Besides a new board, we need a new management company.
