If we are unable to make the meeting, who should we be giving signed proxy forms to? You can give it to me. I'm voting a bunch of others at the meeting. Let me know when you want to get together. |

Is this meeting on the 13th, 14th, or 15th?? We have received 3 notices with a different date on each! Pretty absurd.. or maybe someone is trying to switch the dates in the hopes that nobody shows up. You never know!
Regardless, I will be unable to attend since I will be out of town on business.. but would certainly like to participate any way that we can. We're all in this together...

I have a question- a man knocked on my door a few months ago and picked up my proxy form. Would you happen to know if that was been picked up by someone from here or was that one of the "fraudulent" people? If from here, would that have counted towards tonight's vote? I was unable to make it out tonight and am hoping that my vote counted in that form.

As it turned out, the vote did not happen. The proxies (according to the attorney) were invalid. In 90 days we are having another meeting for a re-do. Please reach out to Dennis about this and he can have you fill out a new proxy to make sure your vote counts.
