§ 267-8 - Parking of vehicles on lawns.
It shall be unlawful for any residential property owner to park or permit the parking of any vehicle on his or her residential lawn.
If you see a violation from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., contact the Code Enforcement office immediately (732-262-1033). They will come out to issue a summons - NOT the police and certainly not the Association. The Association incorrectly informed me this was a police matter - NOT!
If you see a violation after afters, the Code Enforcement office said to take a picture with a date stamp as evidence. Submit the photo to them via email to: jcarroll@twp.brick.nj.us. Make sure you get the unit number, and if possible, the vehicle's license plate number on the photo. Otherwise, simply include it your email.
Hope our vigilance will stop this nonsense.

5/5/15 at 4:05 PM a red Nissan drove around the newly planted forsythia to the lakeside of the building where 84 Northrop Dr is located. The man was approximately 6' and weighed about 270 Lbs, was almost bald and approximately 55-60 years old. His license plate is MEP 74F. Did not have a camera handy, but maybe neighbors can take a picture on another day.
