Lead in the water

I'm going to assume that we all received the pamphlet about the water being tested and having elevated levels of lead. I was wondering if anyone knows the actual levels here. I have a Pur filter on my tap that supposedly removes 99% of the lead, but I am still worried about it because my almost 11 month old son has been getting formula made with water from the tap. 

I don't even know who replacing pipes would fall on, but considering how things are done here, I doubt they'd ever get replaced.
