Has anyone witnessed people driving on the grass? I've called the police because it's illegal but it's a cat and mouse game. When the police arrive, the vehicle(s) are usually gone. I've documented these violations by taking pix and sending them to the Association. In the past 4 months I've witnessed repeat violations by the same tenants on at least 6 occasions and nothing is done! If you see anything - report it to the Association in writing (email is sufficient) with photo documentation if possible. I'm at my wits end seeing the lawn damaged and we, as homeowners, foot the bill to repair the damage.

Is there an email address that Metro monitors and actually responds to?

Is there an email address that Metro monitors and actually responds to? I was at an annual meeting a couple of years back when someone asked about using the internet for paying maintenance fees online and using email to make communication easier. Mary Anne said that they don't know how to do it and didnt have any desire to find out how to do it. So don't hold your breathe waiting for them to move into the modern age. There is a BTMA website but everyone I've talked to said no one ever answers that.

I've seen cars parked overnight on the lawns back near brandywine. I've also seen some biker riding through the yards from over on newport coming down to the same area on brandywine. When I asked, I was told was told they were all friends of the maintenance guy.

Is there an email address that Metro monitors and actually responds to? I checked. They had all email links cutoff. It wasn't something they wanted to deal with.

The "tenants" moved out of 116 Northrup and made massive ruts back and forth from the parking lot all the way to the door. This whole area had been reseeded this past summer to fix all the grass that was killed from all the driving on it. Now it's got to be repaired and seeded again. The property manager has spent a lot of association money on ineffective solutions, just for this one area.

If you see anyone parking on the grass, Code Enforcement will issue summonses!! I spoke with a nice woman at the office on the telephone. She said, if possible, take a photo that has a date stamp on it (for documentation) in the event they arrive and the vehicle is gone you have documentation. Photodocumentation of illegal parking on the grass is required if the violation occurs after the office closes at 4 p.m. M-F. Code Enforcement will issue summonses even if the violation occurs on a weekend - that's why you need photodocumentation with the date stamp. You can send the picture to Code Enforcement who will follow-up with appropriate actions. Please note all communications will be kept CONFIDENTIAL. Here's the website: www.twp.brick.nj.us/departments/land-use-community-development/code-enforcement

Code Enforcement will NOT issue summonses or fines as I learned after contacting them. I email the Maintenance office and complain EACH and EVERY TIME I see evidence of car tracks. I made it very clear to them this is unacceptable and indicate how upset I am on this behavior. It appears to be helping. We all must complain to the office!

It's Thursday 7-30-2015 and many thanks to the bogus board for the 2015 special assessment. Thanks to them also for the many new forsythia and fencing installed to stop the driving and parking on the lawns. We really were getting tired of all the extra costs needed to fix the ruts in the yards and reseeding of the dead areas............. The real world of bad management is here again. Ruts in the fresh muddy water soaked lawns with trucks driving on them. Driving between the buildings and bushes. Driving between and through the nice new forsythias. Folks moving out during the rain and apparently unconcerned with how much it will cost "someone" to fix the lawns once again. And now, fix the new shrubs as well. Even as I'm writing this, the truck is sinking in the muck. The Unit is 87 Brandywine Ct.

Yard damages the day after. 87 Brandywine Ct This is what we have after a night of moving trucks and pickup trucks tearing up the yard. We also loss a new forsythia bush. But it should be noted that Lakeside had already cut down half with a riding mower and the rest would have died from the un-leashed dogs urinated on them. click to enlarge click to enlarge

7-31-2015 8:00 A.M. I spoke to Marie Check at Metro Associates' office to tell her of the damages caused. I also noted that the association might recoup some of the costs of damages from the renters' security deposit. 87 Brandywine CtNow if the property manager follows the guidelines of the association, the unit owner will be paying for these repairs and not the rest of us.
