A great many have asked for information on events and actions that have brought us to this point.
Here is a flyer to explain what has happened and where we are going.

A special thanks to June for putting this information together for everyone.
The Association By-Laws require a quorum of 122 owners to either vote or provide a Proxy for
that Special Meeting. Please help us! Time is short and we need your Proxy completed and
returned as soon as possible. You can do it today or I will come back to pick it up later this week.
BACKGROUND: A large number of your neighbors have met, done research, met with an attorney,
management company representatives and other Condo Association’s Board of Directors who have
taken this action in their community. Together, we believe we can change our community. These
actions began with owners’ complaints of years of community deterioration, lack of maintenance,
and having no Association Meetings and no voice in what has and is happening to our properties.
Some complaints are:
NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS: We have a list of candidates for a new Board of Directors. They are
long time owners and residents in our community; diversified in experience such as finance,
construction, management, utilities, analytics, project coordination, real estate, rent management,
and on and on. They are members who are ready to work hard and who are willingly joining forces
in this “volunteer position”. The Board will remain separate from Management and vendors, instead
of a Board run by a “hired” management company. We will have a Board openly elected by you, the
Association members. The Board will dictate to the vendors “how we spend our money” and
“what quality of work we will accept”. This will be a good, fresh beginning of change.
WEBSITE: A website is up and running, thanks to Dennis Knight, our neighbor and Board Candidate,
and you can register online and stay in touch with what is going on, official documents, and events.
The website is: btmamembers.freeforums.net
YOUR PROXY FORMS MUST BE RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ASSURE YOUR VOTING
