I'm not sure if this went around to everyone or not but I had a letter taped to my door indicating that all propane grills must be 5 feet from the building or the associations insurance would be canceled. What annoys me about this is that it was the very first time I've seen this letter yet it clearly states 3rd and final notice... Am I missing something here??

You aren't missing anything. That was the first time we received a notice about it, too.

Same here. This was the first I've heard of this, but apparently the 3rd warning. The funny thing is, I think my grill is indeed 5 feet away from the building.

We did not receive any additional warnings too. I do not mind moving my grill to a "safe" area when cooking, however I am very uncomfortable leaving it outside. In the past year we have had the gasline to our take intentionally cut in half. How safe is that?? I would rather vandals become thieves and steal it!
