This is the "Proxy Forms" we are using for a "members requested" Special Meeting of the Association and
also for the actual "voting by proxy".
A Proxy is a document used to allow someone else to stand-in for you. Just as if you were there in person.
The proxy forms listed on this site are DIRECTED PROXY forms. You will fill them out and sign both sheets and then return them to be submitted at the proper times.**
** NOTE: These Proxy Forms are being collected in order to guarantee your vote makes it to the election in November. Should you plan on being there, great. If something comes up and prevents you from getting there, these proxy forms will still provide your vote makes it. These proxy forms ONLY matter is you don't attend the election. If you do attend in person, then the proxy will be void and allow you to cast your votes personally.
** All proxy forms collected, we will submit at the election, regardless of how it is voted. Our goal has always been to support the entire community and not just select sections.
