Please email me. I think fillable pdf forms that can be digitally signed would move this process along more efficiently. Or we can have the form digitally fillable if you need the hard copy signature. The meetings are a bit short on the notice and it's hard for many to make them. I don't want things to fall through due to that.

I don't want things to fall through due to that. This is an excellent idea. Fillable forms are to be provided. Unfortunately, per legal advice, the current setup of the board and management being as they are, may create a possible challenge to acceptance of the digital signature, even though New Jersey does recognizes it. As to the sometimes short notices, the answer should become apparent, with an update to all, following tonight's meeting. |
