This is one of the most important meetings, so far. We will be starting to round up proxy votes for the upcoming election. Before we can fix our broken management, we have to gather enough votes to make a quorum (minimum of 122 members). Our goal is considerably higher. And with the tremendous number that came to last week's meeting, this most important phase will likely be the easiest.

We have a reserved conference room, to the right as you walk in. This meeting is for everyone who wants to help get the proxy forms signed
for the upcoming Board of Directors election. We will be explaining how to have the forms filled out. We will also be explaining how the election will occur and what you can expect. Hopefully everyone will have all their questions answered. With everyone pulling for this election, we should be able to blow through this proxy process quickly and with ease.
This meeting will be for everyone who wants to help maximize our votes and get our community back on track.
Talk to all the members you know so no one is left out. Especially those members who don't use computers or the internet.
***If going door to door isn't your style or your schedule is just crammed with too much. No problem. Come and sign your own proxy so your vote counts at the election.
I'm also bringing visual aids!!!
