I am not sure if this is being posted. This is my third attempt. I sent in my inquiry letter for special assessment and other information in alignment with the form letter on this site. What I received back was a letter stating I was delinquient on my maintenance fees, and that late charges and a possible lien can be placed on my property. My regular maintenance fees are paid in full and up to date. Why an accounting of a $240 charge is not being accounted for, and why we are being forced to pay without the knowledge of what it is for, is not a practice of any type of business that I am aware of. Where did those funds go? Where did those special assessment fees derive from? How did it improve the community? With a response such as a late fee letter, BTM is stating they are refusing to provide the information. This is not professional, normal business practices. Insofar as I am aware no one has received the requested information, and as ususal, we are being diverted and ignored.

This is the second person to mention the exact same response from the Metro office, in 2 days, in response to asking for the information.
