Has anyone ever used the clubhouse to have a party? If so, how much did it cost to use? Does it have tables and chairs? A kitchen area? I'm looking into ideas for my son's first birthday in January.

I tried to inquire about it for my daughters baptism which was in November and I was told they don't rent it out int he winter because there is no heat in it and i believe it's 200 but that I'm unsure about. My daughters baptism was 2011
