Please give your honest opinion of how the property management company is handling the needs of the owners, as well as, how are they handling maintaining the look and feel of the community?

Repeated attempts to perform minor maintenance falls on deaf ears because nothing gets dones. Management always responds by saying "We're very busy", "We have other priorities" or "We'll get to it". In the end NOTHING gets done.
