It should be noted that these were loaned from one of the first purchasers in BTM. It was the copy originally given and is out of date. Other amendments to the Master Deed/By-laws have since been recorded and have altered the original versions.

We are working on a fully updated current version for easier reference for all. Current information needs to used at all times in the workings of the Association, else, we just keep getting one bad surprise after another due to bad management.
