Hello- we are in the process of applying to a different homeowners insurance company since we are paying more than we should be. One of the questions is asking what percentage of our home is masonry and what percentage is frame. We live on Northrup. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Unfortunately, you would most likely have to ask the office. I know that some of the building's appear to have a brick-face and not a true brick veneer. You should try to get a copy of the insurance coverage provided by the association, so you don't end up getting coverage that duplicates what is already covered. Often the unit owner get a blanket coverage and they end up paying for extras they didn't need, because those extras were covered by the association's blanket coverage.
